气功

Qi Gong

Qigong strengthens your meridians and gets the chi flowing. You will begin with Yi Jin Jing, a soft Qigong form that was one of the four original forms. It was developed by Bodhidharma to strengthen the monks after hours of meditation.

The Yi Jin Jing method consists mainly of alternately tensing and relaxing individual muscle parts. This collects Qi and blood in the worked region and slowly distributes it. Although not as active as Kung Fu or Tai Chi, it strengthens the body inside and out.

Qigong strengthens the body and unlocks the flow of chi.
