Shaolin Kung Fu
Shaolin Kung Fu is the most dynamic martial art we offer at Shaolin Chan Wu Chi. The training includes basics like stances, punches, kicks and acrobatic elements. These are later combined into forms. Also collective warm up, stretching and power training are part of the training.
The goal of Kung Fu is to improve mobility, cargo and strength at the same time. Besides your physical fitness you also train your mental fitness, concentration and dexterity.
