Children

Every Monday, Wednesday and Friday the children (5-14 years) have the opportunity to learn Shaolin martial arts. We help to support the growth and improve concentration. Mothers are also welcome to join in the training. Also the aim of the training is, now as then, to promote discipline, respect, self-esteem and respect for one's fellow man. In the training we lead, you learn the basics of Shaolin Kung Fu through stretching, movements, jumps and integrated movements.

Regular training helps the mind to gradually calm down, making it easier to deal with stress and aggression in everyday life and promoting a more conscious approach to life.

Modern society is undergoing rapid change. Children's and adolescents' health are sometimes not really keeping up. Between the computer and tablet world, stressed families and unhealthy lifestyles, risks are spreading for the adolescents, which will determine the future of society. Shaolin Kung Fu is a 1500 year old martial art from China and has an extremely positive effect on students' physical health, self-confidence and body awareness. The students learn in the training their physical and mental limits and at the same time to overcome them.

Partner exercises and applications for combat are not taught.
