Meditation

In many of us, our inner self surges like a storm, a raging roar of thoughts and feelings that swirl around us, taking away our peace and complicating our lives. Mediation teaches us to let them be and let go. To let go again with each breath. By sitting and meditating, focusing on the breath, our inner self becomes quieter and quieter over time, allowing us to see further and more calmly. We recognize the patterns we move in and the pitfalls we fall into. Over time, we learn to expand the patterns and avoid the traps. The mind calms, the waves begin to smooth, and the world widens again.
